How to become part of CargoBeamer

01. Your Application
Apply for our open positions via job portals or directly via our website. As soon as we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation from our HR team.

02. First Call
The first interview, usually via MS Teams, will be with our HR team. Here you have the opportunity to learn more about us, the position and the general conditions. You can expect an invitation about one week after we receive your application.

03. 1st interview
In the next step, either via teams or at our office, you will get to know the department and have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the tasks. For working students and interns there is only one interview. You will receive feedback within the next 7-10 days.

04. 2nd interview
Your final step is your second interview, typically with a member of our management. Get another impression of us, and the position and ask all open questions. Do we fit you and do you fit us? You will receive the decision after the second interview within the next 7 days.

05. Our decision for you
As soon as you have chosen us and we have chosen you, you will receive your contract offer by e-mail via Personio. You can sign this via e-signature.
